Ingredients  - per glass:

15ml Malibu Coconut Rum

15ml Peach Liqueur

15ml Pineapple Juice

Tablespoon of Grenadine Syrup

Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice

Pink Coloured Sugar for Rimming

Directions:

Dip the glass rim in pineapple juice, then dip in pink sugar.  Chill glasses in freezer.  Pour all other ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice & shake well.  Pour into your chilled glasses & garnish with a fun pink umbrella or plastic flamingo!
