private - 1 person $90
private - 2 people $45 each
private - 3 or more people $30 each
regular classes - maximum 4 people $25 each

If you would like a private session please message, phone or email me, so we can work out a time and day that suits you best.

The times below are when I have regular classes. Open to everyone who would like to transform their wellbeing with tools to empower yourself. The regular, small classes in my studio have a maximum of 4 people & include reiki during shavasana. All Manduka yoga mats & props are provided. I would love to hear from you if you have any queries. Private Instruction

Private lessons either individually, or with 2 – 4 people can be organized at a time that suits you. Please ring, text or email me to make your appointment.

Manduka yoga mats, bolsters, straps and blocks are supplied with all private & regular classes. You are more than welcome to bring your own mat & your water bottle.

The classes are held at 19B Golf Road, Mount Maunganui, 3116.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session starting, and kindly no cellphones in class thanks.
