Ascension Meditation Courses

Typically taught over a weekend, our one course gives you everything you need for a powerful, self-sufficient meditation practice. We also do the course in different formats such as mid-week, evenings or residential.

Course hours

Our standard weekend format is Friday evening 7 pm – 9:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 4 pm (finish times are approximate). For a course of an alternative format please see the registration.

Course fee

$NZ395 (incl. GST) is our standard fee.
